As part of the configuration of your Knowliah solution, your CIM (Context Information Model = Metadata model) will be defined.
In order to optimize your CIM configuration, you and Knowliah can analyse parts of your current classification methodology, by capturing your current folder structure with a simple and secure tool: Grab Folders To CSV.
Grab Folders To CSV is a tool that generates a CSV file for the underlying folder structure of a selected root folder of your choice. You can then simply send the result, the CSV file, to your Knowliah Project Manager for further analysis.
