Her career started as an IT consultant. She then moved into a more process transformation and change management driven type of consulting. After 5 years spent in Consulting (mainly in the financial industry),she joined UBS 4 years ago and, in her currentrole, i.e., Transformation, Innovation and TOM in Legal at UBS – Fiorenza drives the functional innovation strategy by effectively leveraging UBS’ Innovation Working Group as the central point of contact to share innovative ideas around the services Legalprovides and the processes Legal runs.
She also supports the maintenance of a repository of major operational decisions and decisions related to UBS’ target operating model and she actively participates in external forums (e.g., ACC forum, etc.) to ensure a good overview on market standards anddevelopments. In fact, Fiorenza says it is crucial to exchange knowledge and to learn from external parties, and industry associations.
